Collabor Terms of Service

Welcome to Collabor, an influencer collaboration and campaign management platform (“Platform”) operated by Collabor Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using Collabor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About Collabor
Collabor is a platform connecting creators, brands, agencies, and talent managers to manage influencer marketing campaigns, payments, and collaborations in one secure workspace.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use Collabor.
By using the Platform, you represent that all information provided is accurate and current.

3. Account Registration
To access most features, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Platform Use
You agree to use Collabor only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Use the Platform to distribute spam, fraudulent campaigns, or infringing content.

• Misrepresent yourself or another party.

• Attempt to access or interfere with other users’ data or the Platform’s systems.
   

5. Campaigns and Payments

• Brands and agencies are responsible for funding campaigns and ensuring timely payment for completed work.

• Creators and agents must deliver agreed-upon content in line with campaign requirements.

• Collabor may facilitate payments via secure third-party processors (e.g., bank or PayPal).

• Collabor takes a service fee (%) from campaign transactions as disclosed on the Platform.

Collabor is not a party to any direct contract between users.

6. Talent Manager Access
Creators may grant account or campaign access to their talent manager(s).
By doing so, you authorise the agent to act on your behalf for campaign participation, communication, and payments.

7. Reviews and Ratings
Users may leave reviews of collaborators or campaigns.
By posting a review, you agree that:

• It reflects your honest experience.

• It does not contain offensive, defamatory, or false information.

Collabor reserves the right to moderate or remove reviews that violate these standards.

8. Fees and Taxes
Collabor’s fees are displayed at the point of campaign setup or payment processing.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Data Privacy and Security
We process personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], which complies with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws.
Collabor uses ISO 27001–certified infrastructure and secure payment systems to protect your data.

10. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, branding, and technology are owned by Collabor Ltd.
Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant Collabor a limited licence to display and process it for campaign functionality.

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the Platform.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Limitation of Liability
Collabor provides the Platform “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding the success of campaigns or collaborations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the Platform.

13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
